Fractus technology specialist Jordi Carol presented the award for the best academic record in the Master’s Degree in Automatic Systems Engineering and Industrial Electronics to Jaume Asensio Bosch during the graduation ceremony of the Terrassa School of Industrial, Aerospace and Audiovisual Engineering (ESEIAAT), held on 28 November at the Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB).
Fractus supports UPC student talent through prizes and scholarships framed within the Fractus–UPC Deep Tech Hub, as part of the company’s commitment to fostering advanced training, technical specialisation, and academic and research careers for future professionals in technology fields. These profiles are increasingly in demand: according to the Engineering Observatory of Spain (OIE), more than 20,000 engineers will be needed over the next decade. As ESEIAAT Director Jordi Voltas remarked, “Our School, with this exceptional capacity to produce highly qualified engineering professionals, is a fundamental asset for securing the country’s future.”
