The new European patent system with unitary effect

The Vèrtex Auditorium hosted this day on the new patent system, effective since June 1 and which had the participation of Carles Puente, professor at the UPC.
An introduction was made to the changes that the unified patent system came into force on June 1, 2023, and opportunities, doubts and decisions to take into account were discussed for the UPC scientific community.
